Wedding Photographer in the Twin Cities | David & Grace
I love being a wedding photographer in the Twin Cities! There are so many incredible venues in the area. As amazing as they are, private property weddings are starting to become my favorite. These locations usually end up being the bride or groom’s childhood home and it makes the day so much more meaningful!
David and Grace are married! It was a day filled with so much joy, lots of happy tears and I couldn’t be happier for these two. It was very evident how much they love and care for each other. The couple chose to get married at their home church and their reception was on Grace’s parents property in Cambridge.
It was your expected Minnesota summer weather, with lots of heat and sticky air. But by evening, the temperature had dropped and we had the prettiest light coming in through the trees. You’ll have to see for yourself! The reception was in a mowed field behind the house with a white tent. It truly made reception photos all the more dreamy with lots of natural light pouring in. If you want my opinion, white tent weddings are the way to go!
What made this wedding extra special was how present Christ was at the center of it all. Marriage is one of the most beautiful things and to witness a ceremony where Jesus was the pillar made us all tear up. David and Grace care so much about the community around them and I could tell they meant equally as much to their family and friends. It was noted during the speeches, through many laughs and tears. As well as through all the small moments that happened throughout the day.
I will never tire of saying how much I love my job and the privilege it is to be a wedding photographer in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. David and Grace, thank you so much for choosing us to photograph such an important day in your lives. We had so much fun getting to know you both and it was a blessing to be a part of. Join me in congratulating the new Mr. and Mrs. Warren!
